Anderson Equipment, Allegiance Trucks, Equify Financial, The Pete Store join EFC speaker faculty
Three major equipment dealers are set to take the stage at Equipment Finance Connect 2024 to discuss strategies for enhancing dealership finance operations.
Anderson Equipment Finance and Sales Administration Manager John Boy, Allegiance Trucks Regional Finance Manager Keith Anglace, Equify Financial Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Hoiby, and The Pete Store Vice President of Finance and Insurance Sean Walsh will take the stage on Monday, May 6, at 9:35 a.m.
Equipment Finance Connect takes place May 5-7 at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.
Boy, Anglace, Hoiby, and Walsh will address several topics during the panel discussion, including:
- Creating value through financing, insurance and aftermarket product offerings;
- How to evaluate lenders’ offers on a deal-by-deal basis; and,
- Helping customers navigate the often-complex approval and funding process.
Equipment Finance Connect 2024 is where dealers can gather to talk shop, connect and forge new relationships while bridging the gaps between the agriculture, construction, transportation and material handling sectors. Complimentary registrations are available to equipment dealers.

The speakers
Boy has served Anderson since 2018, overseeing financing for its network of 18 full-service locations in six states, covering a vast array of industries, including construction, mining and forestry. Boy was named one of the Equipment Finance Executives to Watch in 2024.
Anglace has over a decade of commercial truck experience as a sales and finance Manager, including the last year as a dedicated Regional Finance manager for Allegiance Trucks covering nine locations. Before entering the commercial truck sector, Anglace spent 23 years in automotive where he held positions of general manager, finance manager and sales manager.
Hoiby began his three-decade equipment finance career in the early 90s with Associates Commercial Corp and spent 10 years with Financial Federal Credit, before founding Equify Financial in 2011. Hoiby and Equify continue to develop financial solutions and empower thousands of companies across the construction, energy, and transporation sectors.
Walsh has served as The Pete Store VP of finance since 2020. He joined the Baltimore-based Peterbilt truck dealer in 2013 as a sales representative.
Equipment Finance Connect will feature three days of networking and educational sessions focused on best practices to enhance finance operations. Sessions will include roundtable talks on optimizing finance and insurance portfolios, best practices in strategic planning and panel discussions on advancing technology and enhancing finance operations.
