I have been in the industry since I was 17 years old and began my career at an independent rental store in Joplin Missouri.  I started on the wash rack, and moved up to the store manager through the ranks 2 years after.  I then went on and started a rental company, in which got bought out by United Rentals, and I left.  From there I went on and sold Case Ag equipment for a short period of time, out of Kansas City, MO.  I moved to Nashville, TN after and worked for a 2 location rental company as  Service Manager.  That company after a year and a half of my career, got bought out by Sunbelt Rentals.  I worked there until the opportunity presented itself to become the Branch Manager for Ahern Rentals in Nashville, TN.  I was there for several years through Covid, and eventually left to take a position at an Equipment Auction in Nashville, TN as a sales manager.  After 3 years there, I went to a material handling company as a Corporate Fleet and Rental Manager.  I was there for 2 years, and then left to take the position I am in now as Sales Director for Diamond Equipment.
