Joseph Turner is a Senior Vice President at First Citizens Bank responsible for Strategic Markets (Agriculture, Golf & Turf, and Healthcare) within the Equipment Finance unit. He has been with the firm since 2016. Joseph began his career at the bank through its two-year Finance Development Program and, after three years in Finance, transitioned into a role within the Equipment Finance unit in 2019. He previously led the Strategy & Analytics group within the business, reporting to the unit’s President. He currently serves on the editorial board for the Monitor and previously served on the ELFA research committee for three years.  He is a graduate of the second cohort of the STRIPES leadership program. He joined the bank directly after graduating from the University of North Florida (UNF) with dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics. While in school, Joseph served as Student Body President and a Trustee on the UNF Board. He is a native-born Floridian who currently resides in Jacksonville with his wife, Margaryta.
