Mr. Costa has over 25 years of experience in Consumer Finance, Securitization and Financial Systems design and management. David joined Kubota Credit Corporation early 2022 to lead KCC’s Information Technology group. Mr. Costa led technology teams at Harley Davidson Financial Services for 10 years, Mr. Costa has led system organizations for JPMorgan, Prudential Financial, Chase Manhattan Bank, and several privately held financial service firms.
David has been a resident of Dallas since 2007, is an avid local sailor.
