Andy Suhy is Chief Executive Officer of Premier Equipment Solutions, where he is building a leading regional network of full-service compact equipment dealerships across the Northeast.

He has more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning equipment leasing, structured finance, operations, analytics, and technology. His work centers on driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and scaling businesses through disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and strategic acquisitions. He holds five U.S. patents in system and technology innovation.

Prior to Premier Equipment Solutions, Andy founded Asset Optimization Group, a healthcare technology and consulting firm specializing in data-driven asset management, which was acquired by Crowe LLP. He also co-founded OnPoint Group, helping develop integrated solutions for material handling and facility services. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at I.D. Systems and Dana Commercial Credit, where he focused on lifecycle asset management and technology-enabled operations.

Andy holds a BBA in Finance and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Toledo.

Outside of his professional work, Andy is a longtime advocate for Type 1 diabetes awareness and education. A former top-level college and professional hockey player, he was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings and won two championships in their farm system.
