Equipment leaders discuss tech-driven success at Equipment Finance Connect 2026

The panel discussion, “Technology Innovations Shaping Operational Success,” will take place on May 19 from 2:55 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. local time.
Panelists will include:
- Brian Antonellis, senior vice president of fleet operations at Fleet Advantage;
- Josh Arnall, finance and insurance manager at H & R Agri-Power;
- Eduardo Cruz, president of Commercial Equipment Finance; and
- Tawnya Stone, vice president of strategic technology at GreatAmerica Financial Services.
Brian Antonellis, SVP of fleet operations, Fleet Advantage
Antonellis has more than 20 years of experience in private fleet operations, asset management and equipment procurement. He previously worked at Bulkmatic and PepsiCo, where he managed more than 20,000 assets across over 150 locations. He is active with the Technology & Maintenance Council and the National Private Truck Council.
Josh Arnall, F&I manager, H&R Agri-Power
Arnall has 15 years of experience in commercial lending and retail finance, including nine years as F&I manager at H&R Agri-Power. He brings an understanding of customer needs across farming and equipment finance gained through a lifetime in the ag sector, while implementing technology tools to modernize operations.
Eduardo Cruz, president, Commercial Equipment Finance
Cruz has nearly a decade of experience in commercial financing and has built Commercial Equipment Finance over nearly eight years to focus on accessibility, speed and long-term client growth. He was named a Monitor Top 40 Under 40 honoree for his impact on the equipment finance industry.
Tawnya Stone, VP of strategic technology, GreatAmerica Financial Services
Stone oversees customer-facing tools and digital innovation across business units at GreatAmerica Financial Services. She has held leadership roles in industry organizations including the Managed Print Services Association and CompTIA and is involved in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s technology initiatives.
The session will explore:
- Reshaping credit and asset management strategies amid technology innovations;
- Transforming dealer-lender workflows and customer expectations through tech innovation; and
- Developing operational efficiency improvements across dealer and lender networks.
