The two will join two dealers — Diamond Equipment Corporate Sales Manager Justin Jones and H&R Agripower F&I Manager Josh Arnall — for the panel “Enhancing Finance Operations for Better Results” to discuss financing strategies to bolster dealer operations.
Discussion topics will include:
- Keys to building a diverse lender network at dealerships;

In his role at BMO, Anderson works with other loan and lease providers by offering working capital lines of credit to those businesses in an industry commonly known as “lender finance.” BMO’s credit facilities typically range from $30 million to $200 million.
Jones, meanwhile, has more than 20 years of experience in the equipment finance industry. He also serves on the research committee for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
Equipment Finance Connect features two days of networking and educational sessions focused on best practices to enhance finance operations. Sessions include technology demos, roundtable discussions on optimizing finance and insurance portfolios, best practices in strategic planning, and panel discussions on advancing technology and enhancing finance operations.
The third annual Equipment Finance Connect at the JW Marriott Nashville on May 14-15, 2025, is the only event for both equipment dealers and finance providers. Learn more and register here.
