H&R Agri-Power’s Josh Arnall joins Equipment Finance Connect

Josh Arnall, finance and insurance manager at H&R Agri-Power, will join a panel of dealers at Equipment Finance Connect 2025 to discuss financing strategies and trends on Thursday, May 15, at 9:05 a.m. ET. 

The conference, which takes place May 14-15 at the JW Marriott Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., is the only event for both equipment dealers and lenders.

Arnall joins other dealers on the panel to discuss “Enhancing Finance Operations for Better Results.” The session will take on the following topics:  

  • The process of building a diverse lender network; 
  • Using technology to accelerate the financing process; and  
  • New financing models to offer more flexibility. 

Arnall has 15 years of experience in commercial lending and retail finance, including nine years as F&I manager for H&R Agri-Power.  

Hopkinsville, Ky.-based H&R Agri-Power offers a wide range of new and used agriculture equipment. The company has 21 locations across six states, including Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi and Tennessee 

Equipment Finance Connect features two days of networking and educational sessions focused on best practices to enhance finance operations. Sessions include technology demos, roundtable discussions on optimizing finance and insurance portfolios, best practices in strategic planning, and panel discussions on advancing technology and enhancing finance operations.
