Charlie Jones is the Senior Vice-President and Equipment Finance Officer at 1^st Equipment Finance, Inc.  Charlie has over 20 years of experience in equipment finance and banking, serving as VP and Credit Buyer prior to the creation of 1^st Equipment Finance in 2021 Charlie believes in leading by example and encourages his team to provide a level of service above others.  He embraces change and promotes innovation in the workplace.  Charlie is active with ELFA, currently serving on the Research Committee. He is very active in local organizations, and is the Immediate Past President of the Northeastern PA Council, Boy Scouts of America.  Charlie and his wife, Mary, have two children.  They live in Pennsylvania and enjoy camping, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with their grandsons.
