Justin Jones, corporate sales manager at Diamond Equipment, will join Equipment Finance Connect 2025 to discuss financing strategies and trends at dealerships in a panel discussion on Thursday, May 15, at 9:05 a.m. ET. 

The conference takes place May 14-15 at the JW Marriott Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tenn. It is the only event for both equipment dealers and lenders.

Jones will join several other dealers for the panel “Enhancing Finance Operations for Better Results” to discuss:  

• The process of choosing lenders to work with; 
• Using technology to accelerate the financing process; and 
• Financing strategies for new high-tech equipment.  

 Jones is a 20-year veteran of the equipment industry who has held positions in equipment sales, rental and auctions, including serving as branch manager for Ahern Rentals in Nashville. He also was Ahern’s manager in both equipment sales and rentals during the pandemic. 

Equipment Finance Connect features two days of networking and educational sessions focused on best practices to enhance finance operations. Sessions include technology demos, roundtable discussions on optimizing finance and insurance portfolios, best practices in strategic planning, and panel discussions on advancing technology and enhancing finance operations.
